A letter of authority is a legal document that authorises yourself to act on behalf of a business when selling a car owned by a business. To sell a company car to Carma, the Letter of Authority will need to be signed by all company Directors, stating that they are aware and authorise the sale of the vehicle to ClickCar Australia Pty Ltd.
