What documents do I need to bring to the inspection so I can sell my car?

There are some important documents and items you’ll need to bring on the day of your inspection to sell your car. This list makes it easy to ensure you have everything ready to go.

Please make sure you’re bringing the original or digital versions of all required documents with you to the inspection. Photos or screenshots will not be accepted.

Here’s what you’ll need to bring:

3. Finance documents (if there’s finance owing on the car)

A Payout Letter from your financier. You can request this directly from your financier on the day of inspection.
