What is the 7 day promise, and how does it work?

Carma provides a 7 Day Return promise for every car that we sell. This means that after your new Carma car is delivered, you have 7 days to experience it and make an informed choice on whether the car is right for you. If you have decided that the car you purchased is not right for you and wish to return it, you will need to notify Carma by 5 pm on the 7th day after delivery.


Our friendly customer service team will talk you through the return process, as parts of it may be specific to your circumstances. You will be able to decide if you want to choose a replacement car or opt to get a refund.
